SCULPTURAL CASTING: IN PROGRESS

Monumental Form.
Forged in Bronze.

Megaformarts creates large-scale modernist sculptures, cast concrete architectural monuments, and kinetic bronze installations. Designed for global civic plazas, private museum gardens, and architectural estates.

Megaformarts Modernist Abstract Bronze Sculpture

The Structural Pillars

Three pillars of foundry casting, kinetic engineering, and spatial geometry.

I

Monumental Bronze Foundry

Lost-wax bronze casting furnaces capable of pouring multi-ton alloy monoliths in continuous runs.

II

Kinetic Structural Armatures

Internal stainless-steel skeletons calibrated for hurricane wind resistance and seismic movement.

III

Spatial Site Integration

Environmental acoustic and light-mapping studies ensuring seamless integration into modern landscapes.

The Megaformarts Vault

3D floating diagonal slab product and architectural form categories.

Megaformarts Kinetic Bronze Obelisk

The Kinetic Bronze Obelisk

12-meter tall burnished bronze column with counterbalanced rotating spatial segments.

The Sculptural Loop

How our master sculptors draft, cast, and rig monumental works of art.

1

Form Blueprint Drafting

Scale maquette modeling and 3D stress-strain structural simulation drafting.

2

Armature Skeleton Fabrication

Bending marine-grade stainless steel pipes into internal load-bearing cores.

3

Molten Bronze Casting

Pouring 1,100°C molten silicon bronze into ceramic investment molds.

4

Spatial Installation Rigging

Transporting and anchoring multi-ton sculptures to reinforced concrete foundations.

Atelier Calibrations

Examine sculpture heights, alloy purities, and installation lead times.

Sculptural Series Height Range Alloy Purity Lead Time
The Kinetic Bronze Obelisk 8.0 - 15.0 m (Monolithic) 95% Cu / 5% Sn (Silicon Bronze) 12 Weeks
The Monolithic Concrete Arch 6.0 - 10.0 m (Architectural) UHPC Fiber (140 MPa) 8 Weeks
The Titanium Spatial Sphere 3.0 - 6.0 m (Spatial Sphere) Grade 5 Ti (Corrosion Proof) 10 Weeks

The Megaformarts 50-Year Structural Integrity Pledge

At Megaformarts, we pledge that every monumental bronze and concrete sculpture commissioned from our studio is built to endure environmental exposure for at least 50 years. Our internal armatures, chemical patina seals, and foundation mounts are engineered against hurricane winds and thermal stress. If any seam or patina fails, our field restoration team repairs it anywhere worldwide.
